Transfer Station Wheels

Specifically designed to increase the performance of loaders and/or compactors in rugged transfer station application.

• Provides volume reduction through on-site demolition at transfer stations.

Assists in maximizing legal load limits of trucks/railcars.

• Aids in achieving optimum final density at landfill by reducing size and commingling of transported materials.

• Reduces potential damage to concrete floors.

• Reversed wheel pattern, front to rear, for increased demolition capabalities.

• Segmented cleats for ease of replacement.

Currently available for the Caterpillar 966C through the 966G Loaders and 826C/G, 816B/F and 518 Landfill Compactors.

Track Shoes

Loader and Transfer Station Shoe

The Loader and Transfer Station Shoe is designed with unique contact points and diagonal grousers to allow crawlers to work concrete and asphalt with far less damage than conventional track shoes.

• Solid Waste Shoes

The Solid Waste Shoe is designed to work in a wide range of materials, both soil and municipal solid waste along with construction and demolition materials.

Specifically designed to increase compaction, reduce plugging, minimize vibration, and extend shoe life in all landfill applications.

• Reduced shoe plugging, a common problem with any shoe in sludge or wet clay applications.
• Two to three times more wear life then standard single grousers shoes.
• Cast steel through hardened alloy design for extreme service applications.
• Base plate has over 40% more material than conventional shoes. Can be regrousered more times.
• Self cleaning capability with shortened grouser length and expanded grouser to base radius.
• Trapezoidal hole to aid clean out in rails.
• Split grouser for increased demolition and landfill densities.
• Currently designed for most crawler type tractors and loaders.

• Tamping Foot

Sheepsfoot

Tamping Foot

Replaceable tip interchanges with Caterpillar type. Allows for additional side welding of top for rock tamping applications. Base provides greater weld surface area allowing for more tip replacements and extends the life of the base.

Tip and base may be purchased as a pre-welded assembly.

Drums with feet for replacement of existing worn tamping wheels utilizing used wheel centers.

Complete exchange wheels rebuilt to new specifications with new outer drums and feet. Bolts on machine in just hours.

Weld-on Half Caps (Tamping) Replacement Tips, and Rebuild Rings (Sheepsfoot) for Rebuilding or Replacement of Worn Compactor Tips. Half-Caps (sold in sets of 2) for rebuilding worn compactor tips. Two-piece construction insures better fit. Welds in rectangular cavity and along end directly to worn tip.
