The SWS (Solid Waste Shoe) design allows crawlers to work in a wide range of materials, both soil and municipal solid wastes along with construction and demolition materials. The SWS has excellent working capabilities in clay, and may be used for dozing and ripping applications. Ease of rebuilding and extended undercarriage life means added value with the SWS Shoe.
The LTS (Loader and Transfer Station Shoe) with unique contact points and diagonal grouser design allows crawler dozers and track-type loaders to work on concrete and asphalt with far less surface damage than with conventional track shoes while still providing excellent demolition performance.
CARON Double Semi-U® (DSU) Trashblade
Patented performance from the industry leader in landfill technology. The Caron Double Semi-U Trashblade helps make your crawler an even more versatile and efficient machine. The unique design of the blade forces refuse away from the center of the machine - directly into the path of the tracks where it can be more readily compacted in fewer passes. A Straight Blade places materials with an even lift thickness under and between the tracks. On a U-Blade, material flows to the center of the dozer, between the tracks resulting in less compaction. The Caron Double Semi-U Blade collects materials in two separate sections under the tracks for maximum compaction performance.
CARON Semi-U (SU) Trashblade
The CARON Semi-U blade brings a new level of efficiency and versatility to the solid waste industry. The Semi-U features a wider profile with angled external wings that con- fine either refuse or soil to the blade path, reducing the window pattern left by conven- tional straight blades. In addition, the CARON Semi-U blade brings a minimum of 10% more weight than standard blades to the front of the machine where it is needed most.
The Caron LGP (Low Ground Pressure) Track Shoe is designed to allow crawlers to work safer on slopes with the ability to operate on angles not attainable with conventional shoes. The unique split grouser design along with the addition of diagonal grousers allows for superior stability when dozing and trimming in these conditions.
